General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) was recently featured in some classics that re-aired. Those throwback episodes had many fans buzzing about how much they missed Kiki, so it’s time to consider the possibility that she’ll return. Kiki was killed off back in late 2018, but she popped back up for Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) dream in 2019.
However, we want to think bigger than a nightmare or vision. Should General Hospital bring Kiki back from the dead? Would you rather see Kiki return to Port Charles alive somehow? Before you go saying that’s not possible, anything is possible on a soap! If GH decided to write Kiki back in, there would certainly be ways of pulling it off.
Having a lookalike swap at the last second would be the easiest fix. GH could just make it so Kiki’s doppelganger or perhaps someone wearing a mask was killed that night instead.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is a twisted guy who might get some sort of perverse pleasure out of a scenario like that – having the real Kiki locked up while Ava grieves for some random woman he murdered.
Regardless, you can never say never on a soap. When it comes to Kiki, so much potential was killed off when General Hospital gave her a deadly exit. It was a shame to lose hope for a Kiki and Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) reunion since they were such a cute couple.
Kiki also had plenty of ties to other PC residents and worked at GH. She was a great character with a bright future until it was cut tragically short. It just seems like there’d be so much more to do with Kiki if she made a comeback.
Now that we know Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) is Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) biological daughter, that makes Nelle and Kiki half-sisters through their father, Silas Clay (Michael Easton). Kiki needs to be around for some fierce sister drama, especially since Kiki was close to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Julian Jerome (William deVry) was also Kiki’s uncle, so that’s another reason for Kiki to be in the middle of all this. Kiki would be first in line for a war with Nelle and her new husband! It’d be highly entertaining to watch.
Plus, Ava’s never going to truly be herself again unless Kiki returns in the flesh. A Kiki comeback could also bring a fun mystery for Ava to unravel – one that could pull Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) into the storyline. Any way you slice it, there’s just no real downside to bringing Kiki back alive.
