New Video Shows Cuba Gooding Junior Touching The Backside Of A Tao Server

According to Page Six, Cuba Gooding Junior was videotaped grabbing a nightclub server in Chelsea. Obtained by TMZ, the outlet discovered footage of the A Few Good Men actor grabbing a Tao server from behind. The videotape appears to show the actor groping Natasha Ashworth from behind as she talks to another man.

In the videotape, dated on the 24th of October, 2018, Cuba appears to try and grab her from behind a second time, however, she quickly bats his arm away. Afterward, a man gets involved and the actor is subsequently escorted outside of the venue.

As it was previously reported, the Jerry Maguire actor has been slapped with multiple charges of misdemeanor sexual abuse as well as forcible touching.

Multiple reports have indicated that the star is scheduled to be arraigned in a Manhattan Supreme Court on charges related to the new incident in question.

Reportedly, the actor intends to plead not guilty to the claims. Earlier in the month, Ashworth filed a lawsuit against Cuba for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, as well as assault. Ashworth claims Cuba asked her, “do you want to see an impression of a penis?”

Mark Jay Heller, Cuba’s lawyer, claims that the video in question doesn’t actually show his client grabbing the woman from behind. His attorney stated, in the actor’s defense, that he appears to simply tap her on the back as he left the venue, which isn’t a crime.

Cuba is looking at six counts of misdemeanor sexual abuse as well as forcible touching for crimes against three different women. However, there have been a total of 14 women who have accused the actor of touching them inappropriately.

In June of this year, the Jerry Maguire actor was arrested after a woman told the authorities that he grabbed her breast at the Moxy Hotel’s Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge. Cuba Gooding Junior is one of many men to be accused of sexual misconduct since the #MeToo movement began in full-swing in the final months of October 2017.
