Most people are not too happy about being stuck in the house all day with nothing to do amid the coronavirus quarantine and Selena Gomez is one of them! That being said, she’s taking this opportunity to focus on her work more than ever!
According to the singer, she’s been ‘writing a lot’ of music lately, even though she just dropped an entire album back in January!
That’s right! It sounds like her fans will get to ear even more music from her sooner than expected.
This is something Selena revealed while chatting with fellow singer Miley Cyrus on her quarantine talk show of sorts on Instagram.
Selena was very open about what she’s been doing while in isolation during the Live session but also could not help but gush over her fellow Disney Channel star’s talent and accomplishments, even calling Miley one of the ‘greatest singers ever!’
At the same time, Selena only mentioned ‘writing’ while in quarantine and although a lot of fans would assume she was talking about writing music and not anything else, she did not really specify. Perhaps she’s been keeping a journal? Or writing a memoir?

‘I’ve been writing a lot. I think that has been helping me process what’s been going on. There are moments where I have to center myself and let the thoughts just come in. Sometimes I will write them down, and then completely just sit with, ‘What is it? What’s the root of this? Why can I get to the bottom of this?’ And it truly helps me,’ she told Miley.
Later on, she praised Miley, telling her that ‘I’ve always been a fan of yours and think you’re one of the greatest singers, ever.’
